Through the years Dee Ann has published her Windows of Nature Calendar to share, to educate, to inspire and to celebrate the majesty of Mother Nature with both adults and children of all ages.
Be sure to be a part of my final "Nature's Inspirations" Calendar
by ordering your 2025 copy
We also hope you will be inspired to order and share this special gift with friends, family, clients and colleagues. Children and grandchildren love the calendar using the individual monthly calendar cards like flash cards not only to learn about wildlife and birdlife but also where each unique creature calls home across our diverse planet.
Grand Finale – My Final Calendar… The 2025 calendar marks 22 years of the “Windows of Nature” calendar … and 25 years behind the lens exploring the splendor of nature. Just as the coastal brown bears of Alaska captivated me in 2001 resulting in me spending 23 seasons with them, so too have the penguins of the world since 2016. I’ve now spent 9 years exploring these captivating birds, their extreme habitats, behaviors and adorableness. Among the most fascinating creatures on Earth they are instantly recognizable by their upright posture, black-and-white plumage, and endearing waddle. Often associated with icy places, penguins actually inhabit a wide range of environments, from Antarctica to the sub-Antarctic islands to the rocky shores of South America, Galapagos and Africa. My remarkable “penguin odyssey” leaves only 4 species left to photograph..
With Deepest Gratitude
Last year I expressed my gratitude to the tapestry of people across the globe who have been by my side helping me garner so many magical photographic moments. But NONE of this would have been possible without Mother Nature and the fairy-tale journey she has bestowed upon me with extraordinary gifts of the unexpected.

Mother Nature is Fragile.
Never take the gifts she offers for granted!
Pause… show respect and say “Thank You”.
