Product Return and Refund Policy
All returns must be authorized by Window of Nature by Dee Ann L.L.C. To obtain return authorization, please send an email to Dee Ann at
deeann@widowsofnature.com
to share any details and initiate dialog regarding the return. Products received without prior authorization may not be replaced or refunded.
Damaged item(s) will be replaced if our office is notified within three business days of receipt. Notification of damaged products after three days will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the damaged item(s) we may request that you return the damaged item(s) at our expense before replacement is issued or provide evidence of damages (a photo attachment in an email).
Since Fine Art Prints/Metals and Nature’s Inspirations Photographic Prints are custom orders, undamaged and unused merchandise returns are not accepted.
Undamaged/unopened products fulfilled directly by Windows of Nature by Dee Ann L.L.C. such as our calendars, note cards and books may be returned at your expense as long as you have first received an authorization from Windows of Nature by Dee Ann L.L.C. A refund check or credit card credit will be issued to you for the cost of the merchandise plus any sales tax. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please remember to return merchandise in secure packing materials that is consistent with the original packaging. If Windows of Nature by Dee Ann L.L.C. receives returned merchandise in a damaged or unusable state, we will notify you of the condition as soon as someone is in our office to take receipt of the return. Items received in a damaged state cannot be refunded. You must contact your shipping carrier to discuss any remedies they have to offer you.
In general, shipping charges are non-refundable or subject to credit. Consideration will be given if your shipment was received late or incomplete. In such cases we will contact our shipper to determine the cause of the delay. Windows of Nature by Dee Ann L.L.C. is not responsible for any delays as a result of whether that affected the shipping carrier’s ability to ship/deliver. We will pass along any price reduction the shipper provides. Items damaged in shipping DO NOT qualify as a late or incomplete shipment.
