Shipping & Handling
Custom Order Production Time-Line
"Windows
of Nature" does not inventory limited edition prints. Each order is
individually commissioned at the time your order is placed.
- Framed
Images – We strive to complete and ship your custom framed art-photo
within two weeks from the time your order is placed. However, this
time-line may vary based on quantity of orders in process, number of
images in your specific order, and matting/molding product inventory.
Should you have questions regarding your order, please do not hesitate
to contact us via one of the methods mentioned under "Customer Service".
- Print Only – Our goal is to ship unframed prints within 7 working days of your order date.
Please
keep in mind that each print is a limited edition and is therefore
personally signed by Dee Ann Pederson. Periodically, during the year
Dee Ann is out in the field on photographic expeditions to further
expand her library of images for new "Windows of Nature" releases.
During this time delivery periods may be extended beyond the normal
time-line.
Ordering by Mail or Fax
 In
addition to being able to order prints online, "Windows of Nature" also
makes available ordering by mail and fax. Download one of the following
forms and follow the instructions for fax and mail ordering.
Once you download these documents, you will need either Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print.
Packaging
Each
image purchased, whether framed or print only, will be securely package
to insure that your limited edition art-photo is received free of
damage.
Shipping
A
physical address will be required for all shipments. (Post Office Boxes
are not acceptable for shipping) Most orders will be shipped via United
Parcel Service (UPS) ground delivery unless otherwise requested by
contacting "Windows of Nature" to obtain the respective additional
shipping cost. UPS ground delivery normally requires 5 to 7 business
days for delivery from the time shipped. If multiple items are
purchased on the same order, this does not mean these items will be
shipped in one packaging.
- Framed
Images – Framed images will be shipped to the continuous 48 states of
North America for the shipping cost quoted with each item on the
website. "Contact Us" for delivery times and shipping cost for
deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii.
- Print
Only – We will ship unframed limited edition prints to any destination,
domestic or international. However, for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and
other destinations outside the United States methods of shipping will
vary and additional charges will apply relative to the shipping
address. This information must be pre-determined with Windows of Nature
before processing an order. "Contact Us" at sales@windowsofnature.com or 713-526-0583 with the specific address for shipping so that the respective information can be evaluated.
Expedited Delivery
Should you require a more expedited delivery of your limited edition image please "Contact Us" at sales@windowsofnature.com
or 713-526-0583 for availablilty. The rates for this additional service
will vary based on weight, packaging dimensions and destination.
Additional Shipping Charges
Charges
for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or internationally as well as
shipping on an expedited basis with be charged to your credit card
separate from your order transaction. |
