Fine Art Images For Purchase
Images depicted in the Fine Art Galleries are available for purchase as Fine Art Prints on two extraordinarily beautiful media. Why two media? Because one size never fits all. For those who prefer a more traditional art piece, we offer prints on museum quality Hahnemühle FineArt Baryta Satin Paper. For those desiring a more contemporary piece for indoors or outdoors, nothing compares to ChromaLuxe metal with archival lasting sublimation inks. Regardless of media choice, each print will also have the artist's signature.
Hahnemühle FineArt Baryta Satin is a natural white FineArt inkjet paper made of 100% α-cellulose that has been refined with a special inkjet coating for FineArt applications. The subtly textured, smooth base paper contains no optical brighteners and has a silky, smooth surface texture with a beautiful feel. The satin-gloss premium inkjet coating (containing barium sulphate) guarantees exceptional print results with intense colors, deep blacks and outstanding sharpness. Why is a Magna Chrome Metal print so luminous?
The old masters like Rembrandt built their paintings with many translucent layers of ink. This is why a Rembrandt is like no other painting. The multi-dimensional effect achieved by layering gave a unique luminosity to their work. The same is true of a Magna Chrome print. Special sublimation dyes are infused from sublimation paper into a thick polymer translucent coating using temperatures up to 400°F and almost a ton of pressure. Often giving the feeling of being right there in that moment the image was taken.
The images are not printed onto the metal. Because the image is infused into and not onto the special coating, the prints have an archival value and durability without the need for a protective glass.
Archival Quality and More
Images printed with the Magna Chrome process will last for generations when displayed indoors and out of direct sunlight. Magna Chrome uses only ChromaLuxe metal and the longest lasting sublimation inks. Like any fine art print, Magna Chrome prints should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Metal prints have an archival value that is better than the best giclees. Rochester Institute of Technology has conducted accelerated aging tests on metal prints and show an archival value of 2 to 4 times the image stability of traditional silver based photo papers. In addition to RIT testing, another highly respected testing facility, Wilhelm Imaging Research has substantiated the superior archival characteristics of ChromaLuxe metal prints.
Plus, Magna Chrome prints have an additional benefit over other processes in that they are waterproof and have an ultra-hard coating that is virtually scratch proof.
They can also be hung outdoors if they are out of direct sunlight, but we recommend upgrading to the extended life metal which is rated at twice the lifespan of the normal metal. There is an upcharge of 15% for the extended life metal. Please contact Windows of Nature to place an order for the extended life metal.

“Nature’s Inpirations” Photographic Prints
Images in the Nature’s Inspirations Galleries are available as photographic prints on LexJet Sunset Photo photo paper. Each print will also have the artist's signature.
LexJet's next-generation Sunset Photo eSatin 300g is a premium-quality, resin-coated inkjet photo paper that professional photographers rave about. They like it because the prints they deliver to their customers feel noticeably thicker, heavier, and more durable than mass-market inkjet photo papers; the latest generation is even thicker than before at 11.5 mil. The slightly textured, luster surface is like the E-surface papers that were popular in darkroom printing. The print surface doesn’t show fingerprints or reflect glare like glossy papers. This paper’s excellent ink retention properties produce an exceptionally large color gamut for bright, realistically saturated colors and an improved white point for greater contrast.
Available Sizes: 12x18, 16x24, 20x30 and 24x36 (Prints Only)
